Option 1 (Tenant Finding Service) matches a vetted tenant for your property within 14 days for a one-off fee equal to one month's rent; we complete referencing, tenancy agreements, and initial compliance, after which you self-manage the property. Option 2 (Full Tenancy Management) carries a £0 letting fee and charges a flat 10% of rent collected, providing complete hands-off operational management including rent collection, routine inspections, and maintenance handling on your behalf.
